This week I have seen 2 news stories in Australia relating to chicken poisoning. Someone is suing KFC over Salmonella poisoning, and someone else is after Virgin Blue who have poisoned dozens of passengers with their chicken wraps.

Chicken is something we don’t eat here, unless it is totally free range and toxin free. There is a reason.

What Causes Poisoned Chickens!

This meat is a little unusual in that it needs to be thoroughly cooked so the centre is cooked or it can give you food poisoning. Now I doubt that KFC undercook their chicken! Have you ever tried it! This stuff is cooked to oblivion so any trace of nutrition is totally destroyed. They are not alone, just about all junk food is the same. MacDonald’s have time limits for leaving hamburgers and French fries lying around. Don’t think it is all freshly made.

OK, so if it is not the cooking, then it must be the handling of the food. Well in the Virgin case, the wraps were sold on dozens of flights.

The Clues

A few weeks ago in our local newspaper there was a report of Nitrates, Ammonia, Lead and Zinc in the ground water leaching from chicken carcasses. That means the chickens have these deadly toxins in them! Maybe, the bacteria is there because the chickens are compromised due to the food they eat (secret formula) the conditions they live in (high stress) and the way they are prepared.

This gets even worse when you consider what is happening to two of Australia’s most famous creatures, the Tasmanian Devil and the Koala. Hey do look cute, although you don’t want to go too near a devil. 50% of Koalas die from Chlamydia, a human disease, and Tassie Devils are being wiped out by a communicable cancer. There are some serious situations with wildlife happening around the world and I would guess that sooner or later environmental toxins will be discovered as the cause.

The point is that this stuff gets into the water, food, and air and we consume it. When we eat enough toxins, our cells mutate leading to all sorts of virus attacks, cancer, and who knows what other diseases. If you don’t believe this, look at the Koalas! They are a warning that we need to change.

The Big Picture

Maybe by now it will dawn on you that we really do have a challenge that is led by the stuff coming from mining, industry, agriculture, and chemical companies. I speak to people nearly every day who are sick and know it is excess toxins that caused it. They are busy getting them out to stop further damage and hopefully get a better quality of life. My experience says that leave heavy metals and toxins in your body at your own peril.
