Snack Time

So when is the best time to snack ? Listening to your body is my answer . If you’re not hungry, then don’t eat. At the same time, the last thing you want to do is binge on bad foods because you haven’t eaten all day. Come to work prepared with a fixed amount of healthy snacks and graze on them throughout the day. If you fuel your body with nutrient-dense raw foods, you will eat less and have far more energy.

Four Myths of Zeolite Exposed

There is a lot of information and misinformation about Zeolite on the Internet. Here we expose the four main myths circulated by some people.

Myth 1. Powdered Zeolite is the same as Liquid Zeolite.

 

Zeolite powder is very common in nature, especially around volcanoes. This mineral can be up to 600 million years old and of various classifications and sizes. Powdered Zeolite is used in all sorts of applications including animal feed, mining, filtration and clearing the soil of toxins. More recently, some of the Zeolite companies have been refining the powder to a much finer grade and offering it for human consumption. Others have taken this fine powder and suspended it in liquid, claiming it is the same as other liquid Zeolites.

 

FACT: Powdered Zeolite comes with contaminants. These are contained within the Zeolite cage. They probably won’t harm you, but when the Zeolite is already full of toxins, it is like a wet sponge, it won’t absorb any more, being inefficient at mopping up extra toxins.

 

FACT: Activated Liquid Zeolite is a Zeolite product where the toxins and heavy metals are removed prior to suspension in a liquid, preferably pure water. It is not the same as liquid Zeolite which is ground up powder in liquid.

 

Myth 2. All Activated Zeolite is the same. The only difference is Price

 

There are a few products claiming to be activated liquid Zeolite. Some are simply ground powder in water, while others use various agents to clean the Zeolite cage of contaminants.

 

FACT: There are safety issues when anything other than pure water and Zeolite are left in the Activated Liquid Zeolite solution.

Myth 3 Zeolite cures Cancer

 

Everyone knows that cancer can’t be cured. Anyone who even infers it can is discredited and threatened by authorities – and for good reason.
